• Local Shipping: Qatar

• International Shipping: Worldwide

Order Processing & Modifications Time

• Within Qatar: Orders require up to 2 weeks for preparation.

• Outside Qatar: Orders require up to 3 weeks for preparation.

Please note that order preparation time does not include delivery time.

Any modifications or custom adjustments require an additional 3 business days or more, depending on the type of modification requested.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier and is not included in our preparation time.

Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery time after the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company.

Shipping Fees

• Within Qatar: Delivery is handled by a local courier, and shipping fees are charged based on the delivery area and collected by the courier.

• International Shipping: A flat shipping fee of 150 QAR applies.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, customers will be notified with the relevant shipping details provided by the carrier.

Delays or Shipping Issues

Nilanofficail is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control; however, we will assist customers whenever possible.
